June 11, 1992 - Preparing to Move to Tahoua

Well I've been out driving around Niamey. Today we loaded up the fridge and the rest of our boxes. The rover is almost packed. We will be following Nelson and Carolyn Freve up to Tahoua. Nelson seemed to think we are afraid of isolation. I don't think this is necessarily the case. Tonight we attended the kids program at Sahel Academy. It was good to see such a lively bunch of missionary kids. It gives me confidence for the future.

Last night I couldn't sleep, These naps in the afternoon really do me in. I laid awake for 2 hours. I did a lot of praying.
